Poor service or lack of service

I went to the Macdonalds on Chatterton in Pietermaritzburg yesterday morning at 07:00.used the drive through, waited ten minutes to be told they were not ready, please go into the restaurant. Which I did. Got to the counter, no attendant available, waited for a few minutes then got greeted. Placed my order, could not pay for the meal as the card machines were not working. Not even an apology from anyone or given an alternative option. Walked out immediately. I was not the only one that drove away or walked away. Pathetic attitude and service. More like no service rendered
