Poor service, no stock, LONG WAITING PERIOD FOR FOOR

Almost everytime I come to McDonald's Chatsworth there is always some issue or the other. Items are always out of stock. The staff can be very unhelpful or in many other instances, very rude.

Today there's no stock of promotional cups. We are told there are signs but when I went to physically double check there were none. Sadly as I went to lay a complaint I found another customer infront of me complaining about another issue and was shocked at how rude the staff member was. Did not even listen to his query but assumed something completely different.

Last time I came Herr which was 2 weeks ago there was no stock passionfruit mcfizz, previously no stock of ice cream, then no stock of the books. Today i upsized my meal to get a promotional cup. I paid extra for nothing!! Update the system to advise or add PROPER signage!!

CHerry on the top- you wait forever before receiving you food. How is it that you wait close to an hour in quiet days??
