Poor service!!! No pride!!

I am so frustrated with the service I got from McD in alberton!! I went through the drive through and when i had to order no one said anything. I then said hello? The lady onnthe otherside said hello and kept quiet. Then i had to ask, can i place my order and i got a very abrupt yes. Do i have to ask or should she greet and say please may i take your order!? This is not a self service is it? I get so annoyed because I am in customer service myself and what my team and i strive for is DEFINITELY NOT what i experienced, sadly to say, more often than not. When i collected my food the lady there looked at me like i lost something. Then when she handed me all my stuff. I had to ask is that all of it and she just nodded. Once again. No greeting, no interaction. Just there. Doing what shes doing. If a job is just a job to you, then at least take pride in what you do. At least!!! Pathetic what our customer service is like, sadly.
