Poor Service -McDonald's Parkrand

Went to the McDonald's at Parkrand Boksburg. Staff there are rude and have no sense of customer service of sense of urgency. I had used the app to get one of the deals. The cashier that helped me said that they were experiencing network problems hence it took long for my deal to connect onto their system. Order was placed and the lady then asked me for my phone. I gave the phone thinking that she was sorting settings on the app BUT this lady went on to rating their *** service. She gave their services rendered a 10/10. I then asked her shouldn't I be rating your service since I'm the customer. I was given a funny look and my phone was handed back to me. While waiting for my order I heard the staff behind the counter gossip and talk about me in Zulu. McDonald's should just get their staff to rate them since that's what they fit for and good at because clearly McDonald's Parkrand staff have no clue about delivering customer service and as to whom is the customer!!!!
