POOR SERVICE - McDONALDS MIDDELBURG

Poor Service from Mcdonald's ***an Ntulti Street - Middelburg - On Entering, I asked the Crew member that was sanitising people's Hands if their System was online - Stood for 18 minute as there was only 1 Till operational - Only to find that the App offers on your phone could not be redeemed as the system was off line - Wasted most of my lunch break standing in line for nothing - Don't they employ staff that have some grey matter between their ears!
