Poor Service McDonalds King Williams Town

Very poor service from McDonalds King Williams Town. It is the 3rd month they dont have softserve icecream. Why advertise something you cant sell. Frustrating to go all the way there just to be told: "sorry, we dont have icecream, we cant help you with a McFlurry" When is this going to come right?
