Poor service McDonald's Kempton park

The service at McDonald's Kempton park is poor. The waiting time is just too much.please train your stuff.i can't wait 15 minutes to payment and another 20 minutes to get my order when there's just 3 people in front of me and the stuff isn't even apologetic about it
