POOR SERVICE MCDONALDS HARTBEE****RT

On 29 March 2026 at around 08:00 I went to McDonalds Hartbee****rt at Village Mall. I ordered just before 08:00 only 4 chicken Tenders and I was told that they do not have any sweet and sour sauce, only spicy mayo and jalapeño sauce wich I am both allergic to. Never the less that was not a trainsmash. I was the only car in the Drive-thru lane, and was still asked to park aside that I will have to wait ? WAIT FOR 4 CHICKEN TENDERS ???! What is the use of a drive through If it is DRIVE THOUGH , PARK AND WAIT LIKE 10 MINUTES FOR YOUR FOOD? And if you refuse to park te staff get rude towards you ?And might I just add it was not the first time I was asked to park and wait for 4chicken tenders, it was like the 4th time ! The WORST THING is that the tenders that I received were 3 medium-ish tenders and one was kid you not was 5CM ? You might as well call it a nugget. If I wanted a nugget I would’ve ordered it! What value for money are we getting at Hartbee****rt?
