Poor service McDonald's BRAAMFONTEIN

Today the app was not working called in got the number for the delivery order was made st 10:30... Fine good food takes time to be prepared... Waited until 11:30 soo got a call from BRAAMFONTEIN saying that they sorry I'll get my food before the next 10 minutes I waited and waited... No food only got my food at past 12 and still our food is cold... Soo dissatisfied
