Poor service McDonald's

Hello Peter,

Today is a sad day for me. Currently I am at McDonald's on vanguard drive, where I've been in a drive through line for the past 20 minutes and don't get me wrong the line was about 6 cars long.

Let me cut to the chase, I got to place my order witch was a large strawberry milkshake, a medium chocolate milkshake, chocolate Oreo mcflurry and 2 large fries. I proceeded to pay and as I approach the collection booth I find that the lady who took my order is making it aswell to my surprise the shop is not full at all. She gives my order and the milkshake are wrong the large is chocolate and the medium is strawberry! The mud pie looks like it was made with the last little ice cream from the machine and there is no chocolate sauce visible. I tell her about the the milkshake and the mcflurry and give it back with one breathe she give the large fries which is half full, at this point im extremely upset and don't bother any further as she told me she will correct the milkshakes, with this i have to stand in the parking and wait even longer for something so simple that was supposed to be right the first time taking into consideration how long it already took the get my incorrect order.

The employee then returns with the correct milkshakes and mcflurry but yet my mcflurry still looks the same just some more ice cream added to it. I've experienced the bad service from this McDonald's before but this was the worst and I've had it. It's not worth your time to come spend your hard earned money here, because if you go to other McDonald's you get what you pay for!

Being a huge McDonald's fan, but I'm sad to say that this poor standard of service is not on. No apology or sympathy given for my inconvenience! This McDonald's needs a miracle.
