Poor service MacDonald lenasia

Hi

I placed order for delivery via MacDonald app. Time of delivery quoted 10.0 to 10.25...phoned lenasia branch and spoke to Sam the supervisor who told me he has no idea where the driver is with my food...he asked me to call the driver and find out....At 11.05 the driver comes with order...cold food and coffee... I returned everything as this was not the first time the lenasia branch has done this...

Ordering steers much better service..
