Poor service /incorrect Order

Its seems no matter which mc Donald's you buy food from in Guateng they will definitely get your order wrong when using the drive through. I am sick of it I cannot keep having the same problem every second time I buy food from mc Donald's. If it's not the mc Donald @ sasol circle on the R55 getting my order wrong all the time because it's the closest mc ds it was the one on quagga road in Pretoria west area. On Saturday dying of hunger after doing the jacaranda walk my wife and I orders from the mc Donald's across quagga shopping center we went through the drive to and ordered the new hot spicy cajun meal no tomatoes in both meals with in a minute our order was reading after paying got our order but could not check it there and then as there was a long line and the mc ds was full...as we processed home 10 15mins into the drive my wife took the food out to eat and to our surprise we were given the wrong order...we were given the cajun chicken burger with normal sauce and not spicy and tomatoes when we requested no tomatoes. My wife being extremely upset went back to the mc Donald's where the employees looked at us with a dont care attitude called a manager and they treating us as if we are lying about what we ordered and then the one lady came and said these people were given the normal cajun burger when they requested the hot spicy one, the one guy even wanted us to go outside because he didnt want the other customers to here how they cannot do there job right. There after we requested a refund and refused for them to give us new burgers. One employee offered me some lime milkshake as if that would have helped and made everything better which I refused to take and did not take it The point is that mc Donalds staff is not trained proper or are just over worked that they cannot get orders right and they wanted my time and petrol to return to the store because my order was not correct. MC DONALDS SERVICE IS RIDICULOUSLY UNACCEPTABLE AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS.
