Poor service , improper advertising

I am disgusted at the service received tonight by your shift manager Samantha.

I got to the drive through menu and saw a perfect meal for a family of 4. I got to the ordering speaker and the lady told me that she doesn’t know what I’m talking about when I ordered the chicken family meal, as advertised.

I then went onto the next window to pay for the meal, after I had to get out of my vehicle to take a photo to show your staff what I’m talking about. Got to the window to pay and requesting to speak to see the manger. Samantha the manger came with a loud mouth yelling at a staff member who is making a noise with some machine in the store, I spoke to her with regards to the advert , she then told me it’s not her problem , the day shift was supposed to change the menu 🤦🏽♂️.

Upon all this, I wanted to pay then I heard that the price changed 😒.

I asked Samantha, so tell me what are you going to do about our situation, she Then I must pay or leave the order, just like that! I then got upset with reason, she then threw the card machine on the counter and left telling the cashier, “ I don’t have time for this”.

Jurrr McDonald's Foods , what type of manager do you have? No customer service, no passion for her work and also no regard for customers.
