Poor service given..very bad

Yesterday i went to mcd maponya mall. I bought 3 ice creams and a small packet of fries,it was around 13:15 when i purchased my order from the selfservice machine,not knowing i will stand another que to go and pay at the counter,i stoodon the line for 15 minutes to pay to a single cashier that was on duty. After placing my order i had to wait a ****ing 36 minutes for 3 ice creams really is that how long we should wait?i stood there no ice creams coming no other customers orders are coming,waiting the whole 36 monutes for ice cream????this is not on!!!! The store is a mess,the is no order. The shift manager and the guess experienced manager are both chatting to staff and drinking coffee or was it juice. McD must really do something a whole 5 tills are not opened and only one that is operating. We are tired of this bad im expecting feed back soon. McDonald South Africa. McD Maponya mall
