Poor service From McDonalds restaurant.

Im very disappointed. I went to McDonalds in Mega City Umlazi South of Durban this morning, and their service is disgusting. I order a some burgers , they told me they dont have lettice then i said its fine. Then i wanted the Ice cream and again they said there is nothing. What business is this ? I ended up not buying nothing because they had noting. Very poor service indeed. And i promise you it was my last time buying from them. Never and never.
