Poor service from McDonald's

Today I placed an order for delivery on the McDonald's app The food was supposed to be delivered at 13:00 13:00 came and went I have been phong McDonald's non stop for my order as I have paid for it already on the app Till now my food has still not been delivered. I call the call center once again just to find out my order has been cancelled....but no mention of my money My children has been waiting for 13:00 for their food.

This is totally unacceptable
