Poor service from Mcdelivery

Seems like the workers at McDonald's lose focus after 7pm because every time I order in the evening the order is always wrong or the quality is poor. Today (17/03/2018) I ordered 2 big Mac meals, and requested that they shouldn't put ice in the drinks, when the order arrived, the drinks did not only have ice but the contents in the burger were falling out
