Poor Service From Mc Donalds Menlyn Shopping Centre

This is our 2nd time having a Really bad Experience at Mc Donalds Menlyn Shopping Centre.

This is litterally one of the only places that will try to convince you you are wrong, instead of attending to the PAYING CUSTOMERS enquiry.

The fisrt time we went to this Mc Donalds, we order a Spicey Chicken burger, we received a Cajun Chicken Spicey, the lady explained it is because we didn't say it was a "Grand" burger, we accepted it and let it be. Today, we went there for a second time, we ordered a Grand chicken spicey birger, when we received the burger it had almost no sauce on it (you could hardly see the sauce), I went and returned it, the lady infront argued with me that it has sauce on, I told and showed her that that is not the way they advertise it and the lady said "It is just for display". This to me is false advertising. I eventually got my burger back, with sauce just splashed in it. The second bad experience with is regarding a double payment made due to them tampering with the machine while paying and it went off. The money was deducted from our account and no refund was received yet (after an hour, we are still waiting).

This is really really poor of Mc Donalds.
