Poor service from Mc Donalds

I am so disappointed at Mc Donald Westgate Mall. On two occasions I bought food here and it was just really bad.

First I bought a chicken big mac and the buns were completely burnt. I could not even even taste the chicken patties on it. It spoilt the taste of the burger.

Second purchase I made was the 4 chicken tenders. The tenders were so think with no chicken beneath the skins. They were all skins hard!! The third tender was so small skin that was curled, the “fourth tender” in the box was 2 x super tiny pieces of crispy skins (which they actually considered as tender!). To top it off I waited soooo long about ten-15mins in the shop for my order n we were two people waiting for the order. Looked like drive thru was priority.
