Poor service from Macdonalds customer care!!

My Macdonalds app is still not working. After reporting it 25 times via Facebook, Facebooks messenger, call, and emailing customer care.

I have deleted the Macdonalds, and reinstalling it now more than 7 times. And I updated it to the latest version..

Whack the Mac game still not working. Keeps on telling me (something went wrong. Please try again later).

I tried logging in on a different device and still no luck.

My mom and sisters Macdonalds app and Whack the Mac is working fine!!!

I see on Macdonalds Facebook page that lots of people are complaining about the same problem on the app!! And it seems Macdonalds don’t really care about it. Don’t even respond to our comments on the Facebook page! Not even on Facebook messenger!!

We don’t get any response from Facebook, Facebooks messenger. Not even from a email to customer care!! Useless!

I’m using a IPhone X software version 12.2.
