Poor service from delivery call centre and Mcdonalds Great North

<p>This is not the fisrt time. Its actually the second time in a row.We are new in Benoni and its our second time we bought Mcdonalds .The fisrt time we ordered from Great north a double peri peri chicken meal and the burger had a single ckicken patty only .They corrected the order by giving me a free burger. The 2nd time we order from the call centre and my order was taken down incorrectly .I asked for a Grand Chicken garlic mayo meal for R53.00 and was given a normal chicken burger meal for R30 .00 .We phoned the great north Mcdonalds and they said we must phone the delivery call centre.I then phoned the delivery call centre and was told that they can change the order but then i have to wait for another 20-45 min and pay the difference in and swap the burger ,everyone else can eat their meal but I must wait longer for the correct burger .I am very unhappy with the service .The mistake was made by the call centre .It was the first meal for me for the day so I ate the normal chicken burger .I couldnt wait any longer because i was hungry.I will not encourage anyone who lives in Benoni to buy from McDonalds Great North or the call centre.How do you make 2 mistakes in a row? Or maby its just my luck .</p>
