Poor service for online drivers

I'm writing as a food delivery driver...my complaint is about the service for Macdonald in Fourways next to VW and Harley Davisons

The service for urber and MrD drivers is really bad there on Wednesday the 19th March 2025 I waited for an order for about 1hr:30 the sad part is customers who ordered online shout at us driver as if it's us who cause the delay ...when I found out the guy who was assisting is new on the system and no one was there to assist him instead the workers where at the back relaxing...I'm concerned because management is supposed to prioritize customers especially during month end peak . This happens every time when you go pick up at order at Macdonald Fourways you know you will wait plus minus an hour even if is an Ice cream. We end quieing in a stream like about 15 to 20 drivers quieing outside because management doesn't prioritize customers who order online only thr walk in customers are a priority to them it's. Sad because even us drivers we take the blame for poor service of the restaurant
