POOR SERVICE

Yesterday Morning the 8th of November 2020 my husbands and I pulled up in the drive way the drive way journey ended up in a sit down drive way. We were waiting and waiting and waiting mine you there was only 3 vehicles in the drive way. Please help me understand why are we as the Mitchell's plain Consumers are getting this disgusting service. When my husband and I requested to see the Manager she came to the window with no apology zilts. Then she just left. Mcdonalds Mitchell's plain Westgate. This has become a norm and I'm going to make sure social media knows how our people are being served. Please note I'm staying opposite the Westgate Mall.
