POOR SERVICE

I just got back from Mac Donald at Diepkloof Square Soweto been standing on the que for about 45 minutes only to find out that people buy directly from the cashier while we standing on the Drive Thru que we got there the cashier did even apologize I just wish that management can do something about this cause drive thrus in the North or South you will never get such service.
