Poor service

Went to McDonald crossing in nelspruit to buy food , on my arrival I was told the restaurant is closed reason was if they closed at 10 PM they won't have enough time cash up thier tills( security) so I decided to call in I spoke to the guy by the name of Simon if I'm correct, he told me the same story now my question to him was if that is thier main reason why close at half nine why not atleast wait untill 21h50 since it was drive through ...for me I think this totally unacceptable I mean they never open before time, but can close 30 minutes before time if this is not resolved I'm taking this email to hallo Peter , we can't be disrespected because of our colour
