Poor service ever!!!!!😡😡😡

Well I went to Denlyn Mc Donald's today to buy some meal...Mc Feast meal....2 cone ice cream plus Chocolate milk shake.....I used that little machine to order and payed on it also....I waited for about an hour I stood up and went to check what's happening with my order because nobody bothered to call out orders that are ready when I got to the counter the shift manager Thandi was busy with a cell phone and not to even apologize for the delay because they don't see orders from that machine and my milkshake that I ordered was in a cup that they use to pour cold drinks on......what kind of a service are we getting on a busy December like this????can I get a feedback regarding this matter please
