Poor Service encounted McDonald's Pelican Park Cape Town

I would just like to complain about the poor service received at your branch. We placed our order at 9:25am this morning and we waited, and we waited. Eventually my wife went to the counter and after some confusion by the counter staff it was found out that our order went to another customer from the drive through. We were told it would be another two minutes before we got the order. My wife was watching from our table and three customers that placed their orders a long time after ours were helped. My wife went to the counter again and only after she was there in front of the staff did, they eventually complete the order. In all this time we were sitting at a table in a poorly ventilated branch with a baby who was getting a bit anxious. The total turnaround of the order from the time we placed it to the time we received it was over 30 minutes. For a fast-food establishment that is extremely poor.

As a person who works in the service industry you can't do this and expect the client to return in the future.
