Poor Service

I went to McDonald’s stone ridge drive through. I waited for more than half an hour for my order to be taken, after paying for my order I waited for almost an hour. I even switched off my car, they mixed up orders from one customer to the next. No one even bothered to explain or apologize. A drive through which was meant to be 10minutes turned out to be 1hour 30minutes. Their drive through has a barrier and does not allow anyone to pull off so I was just stuck there. I just felt so frustrated.
