Poor service delivery and and management rude staff

On several visits to your Louis Botha Ave branch in Highlands North Johannesburg, I s just cant take it anymore on the poor service and rude staff members. today 07/11/2019 at 06h00 I was there again standing in front of locked doors with staff laughing reading the new paper not even interested in the people standing outside. A lady arrived with her car seems to be the manager came and pull on the doors saw us standing there and then went to a side door what was opened for her and went inside left us standing outside.
