Poor service delivery

<p>Macdonalds Roodeport branch has a very poor service delivery. When I call to order... its eitherI will hold on the phone for 30 minutes...then they tell me that Roodeport branch is not delivering and I get suprised by a macdonald skooter at the gate after they said they are not deliveringdelivering or they tell me that the order will get to me after 3 hours because of the "overload" or they say Roodeport branch is on hold, whts that? Why is Macfonalds operating for 24hours then if tgey still gonna be on hold? . The question is why is macdonald having an online order option if they cant deliver???? Very unreliable
