poor service delivery

<p>McDonald's in Protea Glen mall. The service was appalling, the screens were not working so you couldn't make an order since you couldn't see what you are ordering, the cashiers were unavailable and after waiting for some time to be served, we were told the card machine weren't working and we wouldn't be allowed inside if we needed the atm! So we would have to join the drive through! I'm thoroughly disappointed, this is not the McDonald's I know! </p>
