poor service delivery

I'm very disappointed with the service delivery of the McDonalds in vanderbijlpark. This is not the first time this happened but tonight was the last time. The fist thing that happened was that they gave my order to someone else then the following time my order was wrong then the following time my order was wrong again and it was burned. The next time we came there. To buy ice cream the ice cream was not right after we stood a half an hour in the drive thru no notice was put up to tel the people that the ice cream is not available. That is unexceptionable to me the McDonald in vanderbijlpark has been going from bad to worse
