Poor service delivery

I ordered food online only to receive poor service from the McDonald's Monavani restaurant CENTURION , they don't meet their slogan "I'm lovin' it", there's absolutely nothing to love about paying for food that is dry and without taste, if they are unable to use online services please may they refrain from it because this is ****************.. I ordered and expected everything i ordered and paid for to be delivered. I am not happy with your service and will definitely not be ordering again from the restaurant and making my friends aware too of such disappointing service cause had i known i wouldn't have bought from them. Cold Cappuccino, dry Burger, missing Chicken roll, missing 2 jalapeño sauce.. Not great value for money. DEFINITELY NOT LOVING IT!
