Poor service delivery

I always tend to leave this place with the same problem as I had with Lansdowne corner mall branch, not having the toys as advertised as per date then the kids refuse the meals as kids choose McDonald's mainly for the toy and not the food

9/10 times I get turned away either with no toy (due to short age of toys) or with an old toy (due to the new toy being out of stock)

Management need to use their initiative when it comes ordering stock for stores and suppliers NEED to abide by their orders as these are what keeps happy customers coming back

Two stores this far that I refuse to go back to as I received poor service delivery
