Poor service delivery

Always very bad whenever I come to this store

The staff member at the drive thru taking the order doesn't have a way of speaking no greeting or please and thank you, not even when u paying and be face to face

Then they never have the toys available as advertised per date they just want to give old stock all the time

Kids want the happy meal for the toy not the food but I keep on refunding the food for my money back due to no new toy stock as advertised

I choose to go to this branch always first and always end up driving away without food due to this problem

I believe this is what happens to our coloured fraternity because we are expected to accept things as it is and I refused to be taken for granted like this because I am a citizen with equal rights

Improve your service delivery or we will boycott McDonald's Lansdowne corner branch!!!!
