Poor Service Delivery.

I am expressing my dissatisfaction with MacDonald Delivery. How is it that one places an order at 12:25 pm and will only be getting their meal in the next two hours. I am enough of poor service delivery. This is not the first time I am getting such terrible service. Then they tell you that they only have one driver and they are short staffed. If that is the case they must get more people to work for them and deliver clients good on time. I am also very upset with the customer care line, they are not of any assistance whatsoever. Their service is appalling. I am highly disappointed with MacDonald's. What makes matters worse I am not even far from MacDelivery Grayston, I am only five minutes away. Why do they have to take so long. I am paying for service. If this is how they operate therefore I need to be compensated or they must stop the MacDelivery facility because clearly they are unable to deliver promptly.
