Poor Service Delivery

Order No 37578. Waited for over 1 hour for my food to be delivered. Really poor service from MacDonalds delivery I must say and this is actually the 2nd my order is delayed for over 1 hour. It happened back in June 2022 on the 29th on Oder no: 35783 and I let it slip but this time I won’t. I have paid for the service yet it’s not rendered.

The driver was called after I had to follow up on my order with the store but he was not picking up his phone. His name is Mandla

Order was placed at 17:29 and to be delivered between 18:40 to 18:55 and it’s now 21:06 order still has not arrived.

I want my money back
