POOR SERVICE

McDonalds PARKTOWN: I ordered 3 Grand chicken specials, the lady that took my order told me ill wait 6min for my order and i said its okay, when i got to the "collection" window i was told that my order will come without a chicken roll because they are out of stock, I asked them to replace it with something else and they said they cant. My question was why did the lady take my order in the first place. I asked them to at least up-size the fries for all the meals the manager agreed but that was not done.
