POOR SERVICE

Yesterday evening a bought a double quarter pounder at Macdonald's Black Heath and once I got home as I opened my food the burger was too dry, with only a little dash of tomato sauce, 5 little strips of onions and two small slices of pickles, how do they proudly serve such to a customer?. very very POOR!.
