Poor Service

I ordered food on the 02/09/2020 at 14:50. On my order confirmation it said my order would be by me at 15:22. 15:36 I phoned the delivery service of McDonalds to see where my order is and the lady told me that my order would still take a further 10 to 15 minutes. My order only arrived by me 16:10!!!! I am sitting with a person that gets epileptic attacks and the food is for him so he can take his medication.

I am seriously discussed in McDonalds Delivery!!! Normally when I order my food arrives on time.

I phoned the delivery centre while the driver Simeon Okorie was standing with me and the lady said she will find out why my order took so long up untill now she has not come back to me at all (16:36).

I want this matter addressed ASAP!!
