Poor service

Was made to wait in line in the drive thru for almost 2 hours. Order gets taken, get to the window to pay n get told that they are closed! Manager says drive thru stopped taking new xars at 19:30 yet i got there 18:45 . No apology from manager just told that we will not be served cos machines closed at 20:00 . No explanation as to why we waited that long only to get there n not be served
