Poor service

On the 3rd of August 2021 at 14:00, I used McDonald's app in Ladysmith for the promo offers, I scanned the code which has been successful after that it's stated invalid. I requested the Ladies to assist me because I was not sure whether it's offline or is it because I'm not fami**** with using an app normally I use a drive thru. They ignored us "my daughter and I" I've waited 25 minutes without any help until I give up and decided to use a drive thru though I wanted to sit in. I am so disappointed with there poor service
