Poor service

I’ve had it with the service I keep getting from McDonald’s Welkom. I always order their Boerie Breakfast Bun with fries and they always mix up my order and give me a hashbrown. I went back this morning and ordered the same thing and guess what, today was no different. Took back the order but worst of all I had to wait close to 20 minutes in the drive-thru for them to sort out my order. When I finally got my food, the fries were COLD.

It’s high time management looks into this SERIOUSLY!
