Poor service by Sandra at McDonald head office

Hi I've been using McDonald since I started working in 2006. I've been spending at least 300 monthly from McDonald coz I enjoy the Big Mac. I've introduced my partner and my family to McDonald. I would like to have McDonald franchise in Vryheid, my home town. I've just called McDonald head office on ********** and spoke to a very rude operator by the name of Sandra. She talks and is arrogant as if she owns the franchise. My question to her was want to enquire about the franchise and she just throw the email address without asking me what I want to ask. I then said to her, I just want to ask something quick and the email might take long as they deal with the emails on a first come first serve. She then put me through without telling me who's she putting me through to. She came back and was so rude and told me I cannot order her around when all I wanted was to check if there is McDonald already at Vryheid before I get my hopes all high because Vryheid is a small town. I've never heard such a rude employee in my entire life. I'm not sure if is it because I'm black. After 13 years of being a loyal customer, I'm not sure if I will ever use McDonald again. I called on Thursday the 7th of February 2019 around 11H00 am.
