Poor service

Very bad service at McDonald's waterfront cape town. I request a order from app and they cant redeem my order. I place normal order just to fine out of the cup promotion afterwards. I request to amend or adjust my order and I was told I cant. At that stage my food was not done. I request the manager and she never even present herself. This happened today before 12h00. Very bad service.
