Poor Service

On multiple orders I’ve placed on the McDelivery app I’ve had countless issues. And this is related to the Bellville store as that’s the nearest McDonald’s to my area. My orders always arrive late, and I’m not talking 10 mins late. We are talking 45-1 hour late. And guess what ? Foods obviously cold. I’m getting beyond irritated at this point because I use card payment and it’s not easy to get a refund when I cancel an order because of it running late. This is my last order
