Poor service at Waverley order number 3191

We are truly disappointed, first we get to the store and get told the play area is not available for our two kids (we currently at level one) I know a few other restaurants that offer play areas have been open for a while. The security guard requested that we not let our kids play with the balloons that were given to us. Once we receive the cooldrinks and meal the cool drinks were warm no ice in the cups. Poor and disappointing service this evening.
