Poor Service at McDonald's Ormonde

Used their app to order lunch and was not delivered. After few hours received a message saying "delivery could not be completed and must go to McDonald's-Ormonde for assistance ".

Went to Ormonde McDonald's afternoon and there was absolutely zero assistance. A gentleman by the name Thabo said they can only give the number to phone for assistance. Called the number but they said they are not taking online orders anymore. Thabo said they don't have my money I must phone where I made and paid for my order. Otherwise there's nothing they can do.

Just bad service. I guess I have been ****med by biggest franchise.
