Poor service at McDonald's Hamilton

I am by McDonald's Hamilton in Pretoria Hatfield.. Worst servuce ever. When i got it and trued to irder... No one was willing to assist by the orders counter i then used the swlf service but to pay at the tills there was no one.. The girl by the barista couldn't care less to inform us we will be assisted. Then when it was time to collect the order they said we will bring it coz its a sit down order.. But with so much attitude and no willingness to keep me as a customer.. Their service needs to improve
