Poor service at McDonald's Blue Hills

This is the third time McDonald's Blue Hills has messed up my order at the drive through. I paid extra for hot sauce to be added to the inside of my big mac burger and there was none in it. Not even separately. Also i asked the guy at the window to check if Jalapeno sauce and sweet and sour sauce was in the bag and he confirmed yes, but barbeque sauce was in the bag. I'm sick and tired of the poor service.
